DO YOU DYE OR STAIN YOUR PRODUCTS?

No stains or dyes are used in the production of our wooden utensils. Each piece is handmade from solid hardwood and finished with mineral oil and beeswax. The beautiful hues you see are the natural color and grain of the wood! 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Every product is handmade by us! Some products will be made to order, depending on how much stock we have on hand. That being said, orders generally ship within 1-4 business days.

 

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

Wholesale orders are generally made to order and will take about 7-10 business days to ship depending on size. 

 

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY WOODEN UTENSIL? 

Our products are made to last a lifetime when properly cared for. Wooden utensils should never be placed in the dishwasher or soaked in the sink. Please always hand wash and dry your wooden utensils. For best use, oil your wooden utensils on a regular basis to expel cooking oils and avoid cracking.

 

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Given that each piece is hand made by us, we do not accept returns on used products. We are happy to look for a solution if the product is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Do reach out if you have any questions or concerns with your order, we will do our best to assist you!
