I’m personally calling this the brownie spatula, because I want anything that is baked in an 8x8 or better yet a 9x13! This is really just a mini version of our flipper spatula, which I asked jack to whip up because I have been baking a lot and love a mini spatula for serving.
This lil guy is great for exactly that, but also works great for flipping eggs and pancakes, scraping up roast veg, and serving up cookies.
Measuring 8’’ long and 2’’ wide, the shorter handle makes it less fussy for serving. Long handles can get in the way, you know?
Crafted by hand from solid black walnut or cherry wood, and sanded to a polished finish.
Finished with our spoon conditioner, made from mineral oil and beeswax.
